Bio: Pratiksha Ashok is a PHD Researcher for the Platform Regulation and Operations in the Sharing Economy (PROSEco) Project at the Faculty of Law, UC Louvain. She has a double Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Law and a Masters in Law in Corporate and Commercial Law from Christ University, India. She has a specialisation masters in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge, UK. She and researches digital and comparative law and brings perspectives from the Global South.

In 2014, the Government of India launched its Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission). Phase 2 of this mission began in 2020 to cement the progress of Phase 1. The mission to clean India was not limited to clean roads, sanitation campaigns, and waste segregation and included safe digital India.
